The Scotsman’s annual food and drink conference looks at how a highly successful industry can maintain its momentum for the next decade and beyond.
The Ambition 2030 document, launched in March, lays down a blueprint to grow the food and drink sector into a £30 billion industry – based on more ambition, innovation and collaboration than ever before.
The event will hear how industry leaders are grasping the nettle and ensuring they can help deliver the £30 billion opportunity – and from those small businesses doing new and exciting things to ensure the food and drink sector in Scotland is a genuine innovation leader.
If you want to be part of that ambitious journey to 2030, this event is for you – full of ideas, guidance and practical advice to move forward your business, and the industry as a whole.
